MY FITNESS GOALS

Get my body fat down to 24%.

Do a pull-up.

~~Run 1 km.~~ completed: Jul 2012

Run 5 km.

~~Hold Bakasana for 30 sec.~~ completed: Feb 2013

Do a headstand (or any other inversion).

Do a split.

GOALS FOR 2013

BE CONSISTENT AND FINISH WHAT I HAD STARTED

Do yoga at least 3 times a week

Eat clean

Do other exercises beside yoga

Find a productive hobby

Drink 5 cups of water every day

Read at least 5 books

SMALL STEPS NOT PERFECTION!
